    • For many events, tickets are released closer to the date and may arrive up to 48 hours before the event.

    • You’ll receive full delivery details by email once your order is confirmed.

  • Most tickets are delivered digitally (e-tickets) via email. For some events, physical tickets may be posted or collected at the venue. All delivery information will be clearly stated in your order confirmation.

  • Refunds may be possible in certain circumstances, depending on the event organiser’s policy.

    • If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

    • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

    • If you can no longer attend for personal reasons, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll do our best to assist.

  • 1. Introduction

    These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Eventera Online and the purchase of tickets from Eventera. By purchasing a ticket through our website, you agree to these Terms.

    2. Ticket Validity

    All tickets are issued by official promoters and authorised sellers. Eventera acts as an intermediary to facilitate ticket sales and delivery. Your ticket guarantees entry provided all venue and event rules are followed.

    3. Delivery

    Tickets may be sent digitally or physically, depending on the event. Some tickets are only released up to 48 hours before the event date. You are responsible for providing accurate contact details to ensure successful delivery.

    4. Refunds & Cancellations

    • If an event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

    • If an event is rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refund requests for rescheduled events will be reviewed individually.

    • Refunds for personal circumstances are not guaranteed.

    Eventera is not responsible for additional expenses incurred (such as travel or accommodation).

    5. Resale & Transfer

    Resale or unauthorised transfer of tickets purchased via Eventera is strictly prohibited. Tickets found to be resold may be cancelled without refund.

    6. Event Changes

    Promoters may make changes to the date, time, venue or line-up of an event. Such changes are outside Eventera’s control and do not entitle the buyer to an automatic refund, except where specified by the organiser.

    7. Liability

    Eventera is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during attendance at an event, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
